A Digital Artist and an Animation Student in CSB. Illustrating heavily rendered portraits and characters that infuses the cold and warmth of the Autumn. On the path to draw more, but also settle on bigger projects for people's comfort and enjoyment!



FOR COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS• Scope of Work •
The client must provide the necessary details for the project. These items may include images, visual aids, character sheets, and references to serve as the artist’s guide to accomplish the desired artwork.
Be sure to reach out and coordinate with the artist through their chosen online platform (via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Gmail) to negotiate and communicate all throughout the commission.DISCLAIMER: NO TO NFTS OR AI-RELATED/SCHEMED ARTWORKS 🙂• Timeline •
The online commissions may take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. However, it may vary depending on the artist's workload in terms of her academic schedule/workload or the queue for the online commissions.
Rest assured, the artist and her team will provide updates for transparency regarding the progress of the client’s artwork.• Revisions and Adjustments •
Suppose there are any concerns or discrepancies between the scope of work and the artwork execution, the client has the responsibility to inform and communicate with the artist to implement adjustments.
The client is entitled to have three major and minor revisions of the final artwork. A small additional fee may be charged if the major revisions exceed three attempts and take up more time than expected.• Payment and Compensation •
There will no longer be any form of down payment before the production of the artwork
After filling out the needed details from the commission form, the artist will illustrate initial sketches for the client’s approval. Once accomplished, the artist will send out a demonstration of the artwork filled with watermarks.In order to receive the final artwork, the client must send the payment through their selected mode of payment (Gcash, Maya, Paypal, etc.)• Deadline •
The artist will do the best of her ability to finish the commissioned artwork within their negotiated timeframe. The artist guarantees one or two weeks to finalize and submit the artwork.
The client must agree and understand that requests for revisions may delay the final delivery of the artwork. The artist will make sure to deliver the revised artwork in a reasonable and timely manner.• Delivery •
The artist shall deliver the final artwork once the client sends the payment. Proof of payment must also be submitted for verification.
To ensure the high quality of the artwork, the artist will deliver the final output via Google Drive or through Gmail. The client may request the following formats: .jpeg, .png, .pdf.• Ownership Rights •
The artist shall retain ownership rights to the total commissioned artwork and portions of the commissioned artwork until the client issues the final payment. Upon the issuance of the final payment, the rights of the artwork shall be transferred to the client.
The artist may still be given the right to repost the commissioned artwork/s if both parties share a mutual agreement.For Personal use: You are free to personally use the digital commission. Standard rates will be appliedFor Commercial use: The artist shall receive authorship credit for any form of reproduction. An additional 90% of the original price must be paid to the artist.• Originality •
The artist confirms that all works provided to the client shall be original and owned by the artist. Once the artwork is fully paid for and is about to be owned by the client, the artist wishes to retain the watermarks from the artwork for proper recognition and protection of the work made by the artist.

FOR PERSONAL COMMISSIONS• Mode of Payment •Must be paid 100% after the submission of initial sketches and final artwork filled with watermarks.
Payment options include GCASH, MAYA, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
• Production •The production begins once the details have been discussed and the mode of payment has been fully confirmed.References will be submitted through an online form• Work Timeline •One to Two weeks estimated completion timeIt may sometimes vary depending on the artist’s academic schedule/workload or the queue for online commissions.• Revisions/Adjustments •The client is granted 3 free revisions.Extra charges may take effect beyond 3.• Refunds •There will be no downpayment.However, the client must pay a 50% cancellation fee if progress has been sent. If the project has not started, no cancellation fee needs to be charged.No full refunds once the artwork is finished. Additional revisions could be slightly charged.

• Ownership Rights and Copyright •The digital commissions are for personal use only.If it is dedicated for commercial use, it must be thoroughly discussed with the artist before production.MaepleLee retains copyright.• For Personal Use •
